Owner and Master Chef, Charlie Huang, imbuing his personal touch, incorporates fresh new ideas into the menu offerings. His signature dishes emphasized the seven basic flavours that give Northern Chinese food distinct boldness, namely – sour, pungent, hot, sweet, bitter, aromatic, and salty.
